Shipping policy
All Orders Ship Free in the Contiguous United States.
We ship all orders within 2 business days using FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS depending on order size and location. For bulk orders, we reserve the right to ship via pallet freight and provide liftgate service at our discretion.
We also offer local pickup. Please contact us if you would like to arrange pickup of your order in person.
Shipping Address Requirements
For the protection of our customers and our business, all orders must ship to the address provided at checkout. We are unable to change shipping addresses after an order has been placed.
Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
Orders flagged by our payment processor or fraud detection system as high-risk, potentially fraudulent, or requiring additional verification may be delayed, canceled, or refunded at our discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment or cancel any order that:
- Fails fraud prevention or security screening
- Contains mismatched billing or shipping information
- Requests shipment to an alternate address after purchase
- Cannot be verified by our customer service team
